Terms and Conditions

The Offer

• Present Made Eddington is offering a reduced rent of £2,750 per calendar month on selected Type A three-bedroom houses (the "Offer").
• The Offer applies to selected Type A three-bedroom houses only. It is subject to availability. Homes are allocated in the order holding deposits are received.

Who Can Take It Up

• The Offer is open to new applicants for one of the six Offer homes.
• It does not apply to existing tenancies, including residents transferring from another home at Present Made Eddington.
• All applicants must complete our standard application and referencing process.

How to Secure It

• You must pay a holding deposit by 11:59pm on Saturday 31 October 2026.
• Your tenancy must start on or before Thursday 31 December 2026.
• Your holding deposit is handled in line with the Tenant Fees Act 2019. It will go towards your first month's rent.
• If your tenancy cannot start by 31 December 2026, the Offer will not apply. We'll confirm the standard rent before you sign anything.

Other Offers

• The Offer cannot be used with any other offer, concession or incentive. This includes the four weeks' rent free available on other homes and Refer a Friend rewards.
• There is no cash alternative.
• The Offer cannot be transferred to another person or another home.

Limited Time and Our Right to Withdraw

• This is a limited time offer. It ends at 11:59pm on 31 October 2026, or sooner if all applicable homes are reserved.
• We may change or withdraw the Offer at any time before you pay a holding deposit.
• If you have already paid a holding deposit under the Offer, a change or withdrawal will not affect you. We'll honour the Offer as long as you meet these terms.

General

• These terms sit alongside your tenancy agreement. If they conflict, your tenancy agreement takes priority.
• Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.
• These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
