General
Day-to-day upkeep, like keeping the home clean and reporting issues promptly, is your responsibility. Structural repairs and anything affecting the fabric of the building are ours. Your tenancy agreement sets out the full breakdown clearly.
Rent is increased no more than once a year and is adjusted, no higher than the market rate. We’ll always communicate any changes in advance, so you have time to plan.
You'll need to give two months' written notice in line with your agreement.
Please note that the £200 is non-refundable if you choose to withdraw your application.
Your rent covers your furnished home with high quality appliances and furnishings, superfast WiFi, access to our on-site maintenance team, and a programme of resident events. At Present Made Eddington, you also get access to our co-working space, gym, cinema and shared lounge.
Council tax and utility bills are not included in your rent. However, our on-site team will help you get set up with the right suppliers when you move in, so it's one less thing to worry about.
