What Is the Present Made Rent-Free Offer?

Present Made is offering new residents 4 x weeks' rent-free when they reserve a 3 or 4 bedroom house at Present Made Eddington before 30th June 2026.

The offer applies as a reduction to your third full calendar month's rent. Meaning instead of paying a full month, you only pay for the remaining days that month once the four weeks has been deducted. There is nothing to claim and no minimum stay required.

Who Is the Offer Available To?

The offer is available to anyone who pays their £200 holding deposit by 30th June 2026 to reserve a 3 or 4 bedroom house at Present Made Eddington, Cambridge. 

The offer is only available on 3 and 4 bedroom houses only and not on 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments.

How Does the 4 x Weeks' Rent-Free Work in Practice?

In your first and second full calendar months, you pay your full monthly rent as normal. The rent-free reduction is applied to your third full calendar month, which, depending on your move-in date, may fall in what feels like your fourth month at home.

This is because your first full calendar month begins on the first day of the month following your move-in date, if you move in part-way through a month.

What Are the Terms and Conditions?

• The offer is available to new residents only
• The offer is applicable on 3 and 4 bedroom houses only
• The offer is not applicable on 1,2 or 3 bedroom apartments
• A holding deposit must be paid by the end of 30th June 2026 to reserve your house and secure this offer
• The 4 x weeks' rent-free is applied as a reduction in month 3 of your rent
• There is no minimum stay required to receive the offer
• The holding deposit is £200, deducted in full from your first month's rent
• Full terms are available on request from the Present Made team
